Terms of Service

These conditions govern your use of the advisory services and digital resources provided by PeterKennon. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you accept these terms without reservation.

PeterKennon provides advisory services related to maritime supply chain compliance, port operations under Nigerian Ports Authority regulations, and freight logistics documentation. Our deliverables include audit reports, operational recommendations, and documentation reviews. We do not act as a licensed customs broker, freight forwarder, or legal representative. All advice is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your port operations, cargo documentation, and terminal procedures. You are responsible for implementing any recommended changes and for maintaining compliance with NPA circulars, ISPS Code requirements, and Nigeria Customs Service regulations. PeterKennon is not liable for penalties or delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeterKennon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content, reports, templates, and materials provided by PeterKennon are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use deliverables solely for your internal business operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. The PeterKennon name and logo may not be used without explicit authorization.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. PeterKennon reserves the right to suspend access to digital resources or pending deliverables if payment is overdue by more than 30 days or if the client is found to be in material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential materials received from PeterKennon.

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
